Event Overview
The Western Pacific event offers three distances: a half marathon, a 10K, and a 5K. It is held in Fremont, California, and presented by Brazen Racing.
Course and Location
All races begin and end at Quarry Lakes. The half marathon and 10K routes follow the Alameda Creek Trail. The course uses part of the historic Western Pacific Trail, which was used in the 1800s to transport gravel for the Transcontinental Railroad. The trails are primarily dirt fire trails, with some gravel sections and a short paved segment. The course is described as mostly flat.
