The Pleasanton North Rotary Club & Foundation presents the 12th Annual Tri-Valley Turkey Burn on Thursday, November 26, 2026, at Ken Mercer Sports Park in Pleasanton, California.
The event offers these distance options:
- 5K Run Walk Stroll
- 10K Run Walk Stroll
The course begins at Ken Mercer Sports Park with a paved trail loop, includes a short section on Omega Circle, and continues along the Arroyo Mocho Trail. The 5K route turns back at Lin Gate Circle and the 10K route turns back at Stoneridge Drive. Distances are marked with mile markers, and course marshals and water are available at key sections. Participants may self-select which distance to complete.
Event features include family friendly and dog friendly access with dogs required to be on-leash, a chance to design an "I AM THANKFUL FOR . . ." race bib, commemorative shirts and hats for purchase, and additional items such as shirts, socks, and sunglasses available. Pre-race coffee, post-race snacks, sponsor and nonprofit booths, a pre-race warm up, and a finisher medal for each registrant are part of the event.
Registration fees listed are $25 for adults, $10 for youth, and $5 for kids under 10; babies in strollers are free. Packet pickup is available the day before the event at Ken Mercer Sports Park and on race day at the park.
