Welsh 3000’s Ultra Run

The Welsh 3000’s Ultra Run is a guided mountain running event located in the heart of Snowdonia in North Wales. The route traverses 15 mountain peaks that exceed 3,000 feet in height across three mountain ranges: the Snowdon, the Carneddau, and the Glyders.

Participants cover a distance of approximately 48 km (30 miles) with nearly 4,000 m of total elevation gain in one continuous push. The run includes the following peaks:

This event is a non-competitive guided run led by mountain leaders with British Athletics and British Mountain Leader qualifications. The registration fee includes transport to the start and from the finish, food replenishments such as hot snacks, and the presence of a support vehicle.
