Welsh 3000's Ultra Run
The Welsh 3000's Ultra Run is a guided mountain run in Snowdonia, North Wales, taking place on 2 May 2026. The route visits the 15 Welsh peaks over 3,000 ft and traverses the Snowdon, Carneddau and Glyderau ranges.
The course covers approximately 30 miles (50 km) with around 4,000 m of height gain. The event is led by experienced trail runners who hold British Mountain Leader and British Athletics qualifications. Transport to the start, a mountain guide and a support vehicle are included.
Organisers provide premium food stations with a selection of hot and cold items. The activity is organised as a guided mountain run rather than a race. Organisers state that participants should have prior long distance running experience; the minimum age is 18.
Bookings open on 4 July 2025 and close on 24 April 2026. The listed booking fee is £170. Participants may choose to purchase XCover for potential refund protection. Adventure Awaits is named as the event organiser. Terms, cancellation and refund policies apply. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
