Event overview
The We ALL Scream for ICE CREAM 5K is scheduled for June 2, 2026 in Newark, Delaware (ZIP 19711). The race is organized at Olan Thomas Park, 89 Paper Mill Road. Entry fees are listed as $30 for adults and $25 for ages 0-18. Registration price increases after January 11, 2026. Fusion Running Club members are eligible for a 20% registration discount when full price applies.
Logistics and participant features
Participants receive ice cream from Woodside Ice Cream Farm, a T-shirt or women’s tank top, and a custom bib if registered before May 1st (name printed on bib). Bib pickup is available on race day at Olan Thomas Park. A course map is provided for directional purposes.
Parking is directed to the lot behind Timothy’s of Newark at 100 Creek View Rd; participants walk from there to Olan Thomas Park.
Competition and awards
Results include overall male and female placings, overall masters male and female, and top three finishers in each age group for male and female. Age groups are: 9 and under, 10-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. Overall and masters awards are based on gun time; age-group awards are based on chip time.
