The Thanksgiving Day MS Run is a holiday running event held on November 26, 2026, in Wilmington, Delaware. The start and finish are at PNC Bank Center, 222 Delaware Ave, Wilmington, DE. This is the event's 48th annual edition and has been a local holiday tradition for more than four decades.
The event format includes the following distances:

- 5K run
- 5K walk
- Kiddie Fun Run equivalent to a city block
The event will be chipped timed. All routes are accessible for pushed wheelchairs, and walk routes are accessible for scooters and wheelchairs. Accessible restrooms will be available at each rest stop and at the start. Strollers are permitted; pets are not permitted except for service animals.
All participants ages 3 and older must be registered. Online registration closes on November 26, 2026. Registration fees vary by date and entry type, with tiered pricing before the event and higher fees on event day. Walk-on registrations are accepted.
Prizes include awards for top 10K and 5K finishers, with a signature pineapple prize for first place winners in each age category. All participants receive a finisher medal. Fundraising incentives include a camp style mug at the $100 level and additional recognition for higher fundraising tiers.
