About the race
The Thanksgiving Day MS Run is a fundraising event organized by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in Wilmington, Delaware. The 48th annual edition takes place on November 26, 2026, with the start and finish at PNC Bank Center, 222 Delaware Ave, Wilmington, DE 19801. The event features chip timing and multiple route options.

- 5K walk
- Kiddie Fun Run (length equivalent to a city block)
All routes are accessible for pushed wheelchairs; walk routes are accessible for scooters and wheelchairs. Accessible restrooms and light snacks and water are available at the start, along the route, and at the finish. Pets are not permitted, service animals only; strollers are permitted.
Participation requires registration for all individuals ages 3 and older. The Kiddie Fun Run is free but requires registration. Walk-on registrations are accepted the morning of the event. Online registration closes on 11/26/2026 at 12pm. Registration fee tiers apply for the 5K and 10K and for combined entries; the Kiddie Fun Run has no fee.
Prizes include awards for top finishers in the 5K and 10K and a signature pineapple prize for first place winners in each age category. All participants receive a finisher medal. The event proceeds support the Society’s programs and services. The event is rain or shine; delays may occur for dangerous conditions.
