Garnet Valley Turkey Trot 5K and 1 Miler
The Garnet Valley Turkey Trot is a community running event held on November 26, 2026 at Garnet Valley High School, 552 Smithbridge Road, Glen Mills, PA 19342. The event includes in person and virtual options and distributes race apparel, bibs, and medals to participants.

- 5K in person
- 1 Mile in person
- Virtual 5K option
Registration opens 08/18/2026 and closes 10/29/2026. Entry fees listed for each event are $30 for the in person 5K, $20 for the 1 Mile, and $30 for the Virtual 5K. Day of registrations are accepted up to the event date. All registrations are online and cash is not accepted for entry.
Packet pickup is available on November 22, 23, and 24 at Chadds Ford West, 602 Chadds Ford Dr, Suite 300, Chadds Ford PA 19317, third floor. Participants may pick up for friends or family by providing the last name. Virtual 5K registrants who register before November 11 will have bibs, shirts, and medals mailed before Thanksgiving; later registrants will receive items after Thanksgiving.
The in person 5K awards cash prizes to the top three overall male and female finishers: $250 for first, $100 for second, and $50 for third. There is also a Best Dressed Turkey contest with awards for best dressed group, adult turkey, and kid turkey.
