Watersons HALE 10K & Ashley Hall 3K : February 15, 2026

The event takes place on 15 February 2026 across Hale, Bowdon and Ashley. It is a closed-road event and is in its fifth edition. The organiser expects a large field of runners, with previous years selling out in advance. The 10 km course is certified and runs from Hale through the village centre, out to Ashley along country lanes, and finishes in the grounds of Ashley Hall.

The Ashley Hall 3K is held in the grounds of Ashley Hall and is intended for younger or shorter-distance runners. Parking is available at Ashley Hall; the car park is about 1 km from the 10K start and has an on-the-day charge or a lower advance purchase charge. Roads will be closed for the race, with access restored sector by sector after runners clear each area.

Proceeds from the event support The Toy Appeal, which provides a sack of toys at Christmas to children aged 0–17 living in poverty in the North West of England. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
