Washed Clean : basic facts
Washed Clean takes place on Saturday, March 28, 2026, in York, PA at Genesis Church (1405 Seven Valleys Rd, York, PA 17408). The event includes these distances:
- 5K Run - $35
- 1 Mile Walk - $35
- Kids Fun Run - free, open to ages 1–7
Prices for the 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk increase after March 21, 2026. Registration for the Kids Fun Run closes on March 28, 2026.
Course, logistics and other details
The event is a trail run around the church property with an approximately 56 ft elevation change and a foam finish. Strollers are allowed; the trail may be bumpy. Race day packet pickup begins early on race day, and group stretching is scheduled before the run. Racers registered before February 1, 2026, will receive a t-shirt and a reusable water bottle.
All proceeds support Genesis STEAM homeschool co-op (25%) and Katallasso Family Health Center (75%). Katallasso is a faith-based, non-profit health center serving uninsured residents of York County. Traveller Coffee Company will be on site selling drinks. Parking is available in the Genesis Church parking lot; participants should follow posted signs and traffic guidance.
All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers. The event is planned to take place rain or shine; extreme weather may prompt cancellation without refunds.
