YRRC Winter Series Dover 10 Miler
The York Road Runners Club Winter Series is a nine‑venue series of road races held around York County. Each venue offers a main event plus a one mile race. The main events range from 5K distances up to 10 miles, and the series is scored across all races so placement in age groups determines season points.
A single series registration covers participation in the nine main events and/or nine one mile races. Runners are assigned race bibs and must wear the correct bib for each event; those running both a one mile and a main event receive two bibs. There is a $5 fee for lost or forgotten bibs. Bibs can be picked up early at two local shops in York on scheduled dates or at any race; bibs will not be mailed.
Series scoring uses age as of November 15, 2026, with points awarded for 1st through 10th places in each age group. Awards are presented at the final race. The series uses chip timing, provides restrooms at all venues, and will have water stations on races over 4 miles. Photographers may be present when available. Participation swag is available after five or more races run or volunteered. Dogs and strollers are not allowed for the 2026/2027 series. Course maps are provided and may change due to local conditions. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
