Wandering Moose 35k

The Wandering Moose 35k takes place on October 10, 2026. It is held at the Myra Canyon Adventure Park on June Springs Road in Kelowna, British Columbia. The event is described as BC's best season closer.

The 35-kilometer course starts on the historic KVR trail at an elevation of 1250m. After 1.5km of flat running on the KVR, participants head onto Captain Nemo and Lost Lake trails, descending to Bellvue Access Trail. This upper section is the same as the 2024 route but run in reverse. After descending Blancher's Silver, 35k runners turn right and continue down the technical Vapour trail.

A climb up a connector trail is followed by another descent to aid station 1 near the Crawford parking lot. A significant portion of the next section runs the 2024 course in reverse. Runners then make their way back up to the KVR via trails like Earring, Surf 'n' Turf, and Crawford, featuring views of the canyon. The race finishes on the infamous Angel Springs section, known for its technical and beautiful terrain with roots, rocks, and creek crossings.
