Wandering Moose
- 35 km : starts and finishes at Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park; no shuttle required.
- 25 km : shuttle to June Springs Road; includes Kettle Valley Railway and upper Myra Bailout descent.
- 16 km : shuttle to June Springs Road; climbs Myra Bailout then drops onto Angel Springs.
- Kids race about 1 km : untimed, ages 5 to 10 typical.
Trails include technical downhill sections with roots and rocks, multiple creek crossings, moss- and fern-covered forest, flowing singletrack alongside KLO Creek Park, and extended KVR sections with views at Myra Canyon on the 35 km route.
Ascent/descent figures: 35 km 1079 m / 1088 m; 25 km 500 m / 905 m; 16 km 313 m / 716 m.
Practical notes: the shuttle is mandatory for 16 km and 25 km runners due to limited start-area parking. There is parking at the provincial park and overflow along Stewart Road East; carpooling is recommended. Small labelled drop bags are allowed and will be returned to the finish.
Aid stations act as checkpoints and require runners to check in with a visible bib on the front. Runners should bring a foldable bowl for food and a mug for drinks. Aid offerings include water, Hammer Nutrition products, gels, fruit, chips, gummy bears, pickles and coke. Lunch is included for racers based on pre-selected preferences, with pizza or vegan/GF curry options. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
