The event offers various distances for individuals and teams:

The cycling portion takes place on a fast, flat loop circuit, with the exception of the Swamp Hill Climb. The run course utilizes a mix of local roads and trails. For the swimming segment, a rolling start is implemented, seeding athletes from the fastest to slowest based on projected swim times.
Participants are required to either be a Triathlon BC Member or purchase a one-day event membership. Registration is subject to a participant capacity cap. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
