Wagga Race Series 2026 - Race 2
The Wagga Race Series returns to the Riverside Precinct in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales. This event is the second installment of the 2026 series, following an initial race held in April. The course is located along the Murrumbidgee River and utilizes the Wiradjuri Walking Track.
Participants can choose from several distances:
- Half Marathon
- 10 km
- 5 km (The Daily Advertiser 5 km)
- 2 km Family Dash
The route is designed as a flat and fast course, consistently following the river and scenic local tracks. All participants who finish their respective events receive a themed 2026 Wagga Race Series medal, a finisher's certificate, and access to post-race snacks and sponsor giveaways.
Registration is open to individual runners, with options to purchase gift registrations or transfer entries to other participants or distances for an administration fee. Bib collection takes place on the morning of the event at the Riverside Precinct. The event is organized by Race Hub Australia and is supported by several local sponsors.
