Event Overview
The Wace Morgan Shrewsbury event features road races through the historic market town of Shrewsbury. Participants can choose between two distances:

The event starts at Quarry Park, a riverside parkland area. The 10 km course is open to participants aged 15 and older. The route leads runners through the center of the medieval market town during the opening kilometers of the race.
Course Details
The initial 3 km of the route includes several hills. As the course progresses, participants run through residential neighborhoods and across the town's major river crossings. A notable section of the race passes through the grounds of Shrewsbury School.
After the halfway mark, the course directs runners back toward the town center. The final stretch returns to the tree-lined paths of Quarry Park, where spectators typically gather to support the participants. The event is designed for individual challenges, running with friends or family, or participating on behalf of a charity.
