Event overview
Telford 10K takes place at Telford International Centre, TF3 4JH, on Sunday 14 December 2025. The event is a 10K road race with race headquarters next to the start at Telford International Centre. Each finisher receives a bespoke metal medal. Results from previous years are available and chip timing is used.
Course and race details
The course is a generally flat, two-lap, traffic-free tarmac route using Telford Town Park and the Silkin Way. The course was measured twice on 10 December by a UK Athletics official course measurer and the race director; the measurer was present at the race and the measurement is certified under certificate number 25/555. The event is UK Athletics licensed.
Course records are 28:01 for the men's race (set in 2024) and 31:10 for the women's race (set in 2022). In the previous year there were 58 runners under 30 minutes based on chip time. Wave starts are organised to reduce congestion, with a mass wave for predicted finish times over 40 minutes that has no time limit.
Elite entry is available for athletes meeting published qualifying times shown on Power of 10 within the last two years. Cash prizes are awarded to the first five men and first five women in the elite races, and there are masters prizes for age categories from under 20 through over 75.
