Telford 10k

Telford 10K is a UK Athletics licensed road race held on Sunday 14 December 2025, based at the Telford International Centre (TF3 4JH). The fast, two-lap, traffic-free course runs through Telford Town Park and the Silkin Way on well-sheltered tarmac. The event HQ is near the start, and the course is officially measured.

It’s marketed as the fastest 10k in the UK, with records of 28:01 (male, 2024) and 31:10 (female, 2022). A high number of sub-30 finishers has been achieved in recent editions. Finishers receive a new bespoke metal medal, and a wave-based format helps reduce congestion, including a mass finish wave for longer times.
