Telford 10K 2026
Telford 10K takes place on 13 December 2026 with race headquarters at Telford International Centre. The course is a generally flat two lap, traffic free tarmac route that uses Telford Town Park and the Silkin Way, with an alternative route used in 2025 after a landslide. The event is UK Athletics licensed and the course is certified.
Online entries for waves 2, 3 and 4 are closed; wave 1 remains open for faster runners and elite entries for waves 1 and 2 are still being accepted. Transfers can be made free online from the original runner account; race numbers are posted about three weeks before the event so late transfers require the original number to be passed to the new runner.
Every finisher receives a bespoke metal medal. The event offers cash prizes to the first five men and first five women in the elite races, with prize amounts published for the top five finishers and an additional new course record prize. Masters prizes are awarded to first man and first lady in multiple age categories and there is a prize for first under 20. The listed entry fee is £20. Recent years include certified measurement of an alternative 2025 route with certificate number 25/555 and course records recorded in 2024 (28:01) and 2022 (31:10).
