Victory : Half Marathon, 10K and 5K in Richmond, California
Victory is a set of road races held along the San Francisco Bay Trail in Richmond, California. The event offers three distances that run along the shoreline with extended views of the San Francisco Bay, the Golden Gate and Bay Bridges, and Mt. Tamalpais.
Races start at the historic Craneway Pavilion and follow courses that hug the bay shore. The courses are described as flat and fast, which can help runners aiming for personal best times. The event is named in reference to local World War II shipbuilding and assembly history, including the site associated with the Red Oak Victory and the former Ford assembly plant.
