Veterans Day Fun Run
The Veterans Day Fun/Beer Run takes place on November 8, 2026 at Ranger Creek Brewing & Distilling in San Antonio, TX. The event is a non-timed, multi-loop 5k around the brewery property.
Participants pass beer sample stations as they complete each lap. After finishing the 5k, each participant receives a ticket and a finisher mug that can be used for a full beer pour. A Craft Root Beer division is offered for under 21 participants, designated drivers, and non beer drinkers.
The listed registration fee is $40 per person and includes a t-shirt, finisher medal, souvenir glass, beer samples, a full beer pour, and support for veterans. A food truck and additional drinks will be available for purchase, and a variety of complimentary fruit is typically provided on site.
The event benefits the Women Veterans of San Antonio and Centurion Military Alliance, and several veterans groups will be present. The U.S. military branch with the most registrants will receive a free round of drinks. Packet pickup is race day only at Ranger Creek. The organizer states no refunds; transfers incur a fee of $20 or $30 the day before, with no transfers allowed after race day. Late registrations may not be guaranteed custom bibs or shirts.
