Refuge X Radiate Beer Run & Fam Fest
The Refuge X Radiate Beer Run & Fam Fest is scheduled for March 21, 2026, at Refuge Coffee & Beer, located at 11011 Shaenfield RD, San Antonio, TX 78254. The event is presented as Helotes’ first Beer Run and Family Fest and benefits Radiate Coalition, a Christ-centered nonprofit that provides trauma-informed aftercare for survivors of trafficking and abuse.
Participants can choose between a short run and a family stroll:
- 5K Fun Run
- 1-Mile Family Stroll
Every registration includes a custom event T-shirt, the first drink (beer, coffee, or root beer), and entry into the Family Festival. The course runs through the neighborhood next to Refuge and is described as family-friendly and stroller accessible. Packet pickup is available at Refuge during the week of the event, Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm.
The on-site festival features live music, food trucks, kids’ activities, and a Beer Garden with local brewery partners. The event is planned to proceed rain or shine. Alcohol wristbands require attendees to be 21 or older with valid identification. Proceeds support Radiate Coalition’s mission of healing and restoration.
