Ventura Turkey Trot
The Ventura Turkey Trot is a community running event held at the Ventura Auto Center in Ventura, CA on 11/26/2026. The event includes a main run and a children’s distance and takes place on a loop course described by the organizer as fast and flat.

Registration details differ by event: registration for the 5K opens 08/21/2026 and closes 10/15/2026 with a listed fee of $40.00; registration for the Kids 1K opens 08/21/2026 and closes 11/24/2026 with a listed fee of $15.00. All registrants in the 5K and the kids run receive a custom finishers medal and may choose either a Turkey Trot shirt or a mug as an event item.
Packet pick up is offered at Mile 26 Running Co (2222 E Thompson Blvd, Ventura, CA 93001) and at the event location near Hofer Dr just off King at the Ventura Auto Center (6360 Auto Center Dr, Ventura, CA 93003).
The event includes a food drive requesting non-perishable items such as canned meats, legumes, fruits, or vegetables; donations are designated for the Ventura County Area Agency on Aging, a division of the Ventura County Human Services Agency.
