Running with the Wildcats

Running with the Wildcats is a cross country trail run held on the Villanova Preparatory campus in Ojai. The event features a 3 mile course that starts and finishes on the track and is mostly on dirt; some sections have loose asphalt. Course terrain is a mix of rolling and steep hills with limited shade.

The route passes through named campus areas including Shady Glen, Archery Site, Deer Hallow and Resurrection Hill, and returns with a rolling third mile to the track finish. No dogs or strollers are allowed on the course for safety reasons.

Registration includes electronic timing, a commemorative finisher medal and a t-shirt; t-shirts are limited. After-race refreshments are provided. Standard registration fees apply and there are optional paid additions to place a name on the back of the commemorative shirt for an added fee of $50 for an individual name or $100 for a business name.
