Location

The event takes place at Swansea Bay. The race starts on the beach next to Secret's Bar & Kitchen.

Registration and Schedule

Registration opens at 17:00 and closes at 19:00. A mandatory race briefing is held at 19:25. The award ceremony takes place at 20:15.

Participant Information

The 5 km distance is open to entrants aged 11 and over. The 3 km distance is open to entrants aged 9 and over. Parking is available nearby at the Recreation Ground Car Park and other areas, with charges potentially applying. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
