About the race
The Bay 5K Series – Race 3 takes place on Swansea Bay as the final race of the 2026 Bay 5K Series. The Bay Aquathlon event offers two distances in each race: a 5K for more experienced runners and a 3K for beginners or first-timers. The course features a beach start on the Swansea Bay front, starting adjacent to Secret’s Bar & Kitchen, with the Recreation Ground Car Park nearby and additional parking in the area.
The series runs across three dates with an option to compete in the full series, often discounted when booking multiple races. An award ceremony follows the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
