The Bay Aquathlon Series - Race 3
The Bay Aquathlon Series returns for 2026 with a third and final race in Swansea Bay. The series comprises three event dates: 16 June, 16 July and 27 August, with the final race taking place at Swansea Bay and a beach start adjacent to Secret's Bar & Kitchen. The Recreation Ground Car Park and surrounding streets offer nearby parking; charges may apply.
Each individual race offers three distance options:
- Sprint distance: 750m open water swim and a 5k run
- Super Sprint Plus distance: 400m open water swim and a 5k run
- Super Sprint distance: 400m open water swim and a 3k run
Event information lists both individual race entries and series bookings that cover all three races. Entry pricing for single events ranges from £29.95 to £44.95 and series package prices are shown in the event information. Relay entries are offered for each distance as separate entry categories. The published event schedule includes registration, transition access, a mandatory race briefing, a supervised acclimatisation period, the race start and an award ceremony.
