Diploma Dash 5K
The UTSA Alumni Association Diploma Dash 5K will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026. The event takes place at the UT San Antonio Main Campus, with the start line at the Convocation Center at One UTSA Circle in San Antonio, Texas.
Multiple event categories are available:
- Individual Runner (5K)
- Student Runner (5K)
- Military Runner (5K)
- DFW Family Fun Run (5K, held at Vitruvian Park)
- Houston Family Fun Run (5K, held at Memorial Park)
- Virtual Runner
The 5K course goes through the heart of the university's main campus. The event includes a commemorative finisher's medal for most in-person categories. Proceeds from the event are directed toward student scholarships, with an aim to raise over $150,000.
Packet pick-up is scheduled for February 26th and 27th at Smokey Mo's TX BBQ on UTSA Boulevard. Parking at the Convocation Center is free. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
