Always Hope Easter Run - San Antonio

The Always Hope Easter Run is scheduled for April 4, 2026, at Lady Bird Johnson Park in San Antonio, Texas. The event offers multiple distance options and a virtual alternative. Waves are used and each wave has a participation cap; waves are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Coordinators support participants on course and remain for three hours after the first wave.

Timing is optional. Participants may track time with a personal app and submit results for posting, or request help from coordinators. The event does not use timing chips.

Swag is shipped to the registrant’s U.S. mailing address; race bibs are provided on race day. Standard participant items include a running T-shirt, a finisher item (towel or giveaway), a finisher medal, and a digital training pack. Technical running shirts are available as an optional upgrade for an additional charge. Final race details and course maps are provided to participants by email the week before the event.

A virtual run option includes the digital training pack and a medal upon submission of results. The event operates optional fundraising initiatives where organizers donate one dollar per mile logged after the race to partnered charities; fundraising is optional.
