16th Annual City Manager's 5K Walk & Run - SeaWorld San Antonio
The 16th Annual City Manager's 5K Walk & Run is scheduled for April 4, 2026, at SeaWorld San Antonio (10500 SeaWorld Dr, San Antonio, TX 78251). The event began in 2007 as an employee wellness initiative and has grown into an annual community event that has been held at multiple San Antonio locations and in a virtual format in prior years.
The program includes distinct registration categories: City of San Antonio employees and retirees (no fee), family and friends of city employees (fee applies), and community participants with an early registration rate and a higher race day rate. Registration fees cover event entry and chip timing; t-shirt eligibility and purchase deadlines apply and must be met before the stated registration deadline to receive event shirts.
Event features listed by the organizer include a new course through SeaWorld San Antonio, medals for top finishers by age group, awards for top overall and master finishers, music, mascots, vendors, discounted SeaWorld tickets to be announced, and free parking in the SeaWorld lot.
