Using Our Voices Mental Health Run : Patchogue-Medford
The fourth annual Using Our Voices Mental Health Run is a student-led event at Patchogue-Medford High School in Medford, NY. The series has expanded to include four school districts: Patchogue-Medford, North Babylon, Connetquot, and New Hyde Park.
The event is designed and run entirely by students, who handle planning and race day operations. It aims to share messages about reducing stress and anxiety, building relationships, and supporting mental and physical health through movement. The initiative also supports student civic engagement and progress toward the NYS Seal of Civic Readiness.
