NSRF Long Island Lemonade Trail 5K
The event is a 5K trail run and walk held at Blydenburgh County Park in Hauppauge, New York. One hundred percent of donations benefit the Never Stop Running Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports athletic and charitable events and athlete development.
The route combines pavement, dirt roads, and hard-packed trails that a vehicle can drive on. Portable toilets are located near the finish area. Hydration is provided at the finish line, and refreshments are supplied by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. An informal bag check area is available; organizers do not assume responsibility for personal belongings.
A free kiddie dash is offered. A virtual participation option lets entrants log their time within a week and submit up to five photos; race items for virtual participants are mailed. Entrants may request bib mailing for a fee if registered at least ten days before the event, and in-person bib pickup is available on race day from event staff.
Primary parking is at Picnic Areas 1-5 after entering Blydenburgh County Park via Veteran's Memorial Highway. Secondary parking is available at the boat launch, with additional spaces near the dog park and other lots near the park entrance.
Online recognition is given for top overall finishers and top finishers in standard age categories including 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89, and 90 plus. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
