Long Island Lemonade Trail 5K at Blydenburgh County Park
This event on May 23, 2026 is a trail 5K run and walk held at Blydenburgh County Park Campground Playground in Smithtown/Hauppauge, NY. The event offers both in person and virtual 5K options and includes a free kiddie dash that does not require registration.
The course uses a mixture of pavement, dirt roads, and hard packed trails that are passable by vehicle. Arriving after 8AM may require paid parking or parking at the H Lee Dennison Building followed by a 10 to 15 minute walk to the start.
