Sounds of Silence SOS 5K & 10K : Brightwaters, May 15, 2027

Sounds of Silence SOS 5K & 10K is scheduled for May 15, 2027 in Brightwaters. The event offers two distances and uses a course along Montauk Highway that will have rolling road closures; participants are asked to be mindful of traffic and surroundings. The 10K is designated for runners only.

Village residents are encouraged to bike and a dedicated bike area will be available to reduce parking congestion from out-of-town participants. Attendees who drive are advised to allow ample time for parking.

Bib pickup is organized with an early pickup on May 15 at Walker Beach, Brightwaters, and a day-of pickup option. Virtual participants will receive their bibs by shipment within a window around the event date. Runners should know their bib number or use the event's self-lookup process if needed.
