Gobbler 5K & 10K at Trussville, AL
The Gobbler offers two measured running distances at 215 Parkway Dr, Trussville, AL. The event uses a short out and back loop of 0.78M that is repeated to achieve the advertised distances.
- 5K - two laps of the 0.78M out and back course
- 10K - four laps of the 0.78M out and back course
Registration is required online through RunSignup and there is no on-site registration. Listed registration fees are $30.00 for the 5K and $45.00 for the 10K. Packet pickup is handled on race morning and closes shortly before the race begins.
Course logistics include a 2:00 hour time limit. Parking is available in a lot near the starting line and park restrooms are located nearby. Race day provisions at the starting area include water, a fruit or gummy snack, and a granola bar; participants have access to these items each lap and after finishing. Race Club t-shirts are mailed to new club members after registration and are not available on site.
