Foundations 4 Hope 5K - Trussville

Registration and fees are defined per event. The Foundations 4 Hope 5K and the Jerry Can 5K Relay have a registration fee of $35.00 and registration opens April 2, 2026 and closes November 1, 2026. The Kids Fun Run has a registration fee of $20.00, with registration opening June 16, 2026 and closing November 1, 2026.
The Jerry Can 5K Relay is a three-person relay with separate men’s and women’s divisions. Organizers provide the Jerry can filled with 5 gallons (42 lb) of water for men’s teams and 3 gallons (25 lb) for women’s teams. Each team registers as a single entry and must form its own three-person team. Time results end when the last team member crosses the finish line. The Jerry can may be carried in any position but no straps or additions are permitted. Athletes of all ages are welcomed.
The event’s stated goal is to advance the Gospel by empowering local churches, investing in individuals, providing critical resources, and equipping Christian leaders.
