Haunted 5K & 10K at Trussville, AL
This event takes place in Trussville, Alabama at 215 Parkway Dr on October 17, 2026. It offers measured running races over two standard distances with a published time limit.
- 5K: two repeats of the 0.78-mile loop. Registration fee $30.
- 10K: four repeats of the 0.78-mile loop. Registration fee $45.
The course is an out and back based on a 0.78-mile loop. The 5K covers that loop two times; the 10K covers it four times. The overall course time limit is 2:00 hours.
Logistics include packet pickup that opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race start. All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Parking is available in a lot near the starting line and park restrooms are located nearby. Water, a fruit or gummy snack, and a granola bar are available at the starting area and are accessible on each lap and after the race. Participants may bring or carry additional nutrition or hydration as desired. Race Club t-shirts are mailed to new club members after registration; no shirts will be available on site.
