Jimmie Hale Mission Rescue Run 5K & 10K

The 5K and 10K are chip timed and the 10K follows a double loop of the 5K on a mostly flat course. Course maps are available and the 5K and 10K have USATF certified maps. The 10K has a completion time limit of 1 hour 45 minutes. Registered participants receive a race T-shirt and swag bags are provided to the first 400 registrants. Post-race food, water and sports drink are provided and awards are given for overall and age group placings; awards may be mailed.
Packet pickup occurs on specified pre-race days at Trak Shak in Birmingham and on race day at the Old Homewood Police Station parking lot. Parking is available in the Soho lot and on nearby streets. Pets on leash and strollers are permitted with safety guidelines. RaceJoy will provide live phone tracking and GPS progress features.
