Event overview
The Medal Madness 5K & 10K takes place on March 14, 2026 at Midlothian Mines Park in Midlothian, VA. The event includes two distances:

Course and logistics
The course is based on a shorter loop of about 0.78 miles. The out-and-back segment is listed as 1.56 miles. The 5K covers the segment two times and the 10K covers it four times. A course time limit of 2:00 hours applies.
Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race start. The meeting point is at the Headstock next to Loch Lothian.
