Event details

The Pirate 5K & 10K at Midlothian, VA takes place on April 11, 2026, at Midlothian Mines Park, 13301 N Woolridge Rd, Midlothian, VA 23114. The event includes the following distances:

All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup is available before the race and closes shortly before the race begins. The race earns points toward the US Road Running Race Series.

Course, awards and meeting point

Both races use an out-and-back course. The 5K completes the base course two times and the 10K completes it four times. A course time limit of 2:00 hours applies. All finishers receive a themed finisher medal. A group photo is taken at the beginning of each race, and a best costume award is given at that time.
