Ninja 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon at Slidell
The Ninja 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon is a local running event held at John Slidell Park in Slidell, Louisiana. This event is part of the US Road Running series and features multiple race distances held on out-and-back courses. The race takes place on a paved route within the park, with parking located within walking distance of the start and finish area.
Participants can choose from the following distances:
- 5K: An out-and-back course of 1.56 miles completed two times.
- 10K: An out-and-back course of 1.56 miles completed four times.
- Half Marathon: An out-and-back course of 2.16 miles completed six times.
Registration must be completed online in advance, as there is no on-site registration available on the day of the event. Packet pickup is conducted on-site shortly before the event begins. All finishers will receive a commemorative medal. The event also includes a costume category, where participants are encouraged to wear costumes, and a group photo is taken before the start.
