The Arc of Pearl River County 5k Glow Run takes place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, in Picayune, Mississippi. The event features a certified USATF 5K route and a separate 1-mile fun run. Prizes will be awarded for glow runners judged brightest, most flashy, and most reflective. A post-run party is planned at the finish area.

Registration items and on-site amenities
5K registrants receive a goody bag with a race T-shirt, glow sticks/necklaces, a race bib, a participant medal, and access to complimentary water and fruit during and after the race. 1-mile fun run registrants receive glow sticks/necklaces, a race bib, and a participant medal (no T-shirt). The commons area at the start/finish will include food trucks, a snowball stand, a drink tent, a DJ on stage, glow games, face painting, and a photo booth.
Purpose and proceeds
One hundred percent of proceeds support The Arc of Pearl River County. Funds are designated to protect and provide for the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and to support their inclusion in the community.
