Eagle 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon at Slidell, LA
The Eagle event in Slidell, Louisiana offers three race distances: a 5K, a 10K, and a Half Marathon. All events take place on the same day at John Slidell Park, located at 105 Robert Blvd.
All participants must register online via RunSignup; no on-site registration is available. Parking is available at a designated location within walking distance of the start and finish area.
The courses are out-and-back loops. The 5K and 10K share a 0.78-mile loop. The 5K is run by completing this loop two times, and the 10K requires completing it four times. The Half Marathon uses a 1.09-mile loop, which participants run six times to complete the 13.1-mile distance. There is an overall course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
