US Road Running - Slidell (Medal Madness 5K, 10K, 13.1M)
The event takes place at 105 Robert Blvd in Slidell, Louisiana. It offers three distance options on measured out-and-back segments, with parking available within walking distance of the start and finish area.
- 5K - two laps of a 0.78 mile out-and-back segment.
- 10K - four laps of the same 0.78 mile out-and-back segment.
- 13.1M - six laps of a 1.09 mile out-and-back segment.
Packet pickup is handled on race day, beginning 30 minutes before the race and ending 10 minutes before the race start. All participants must register online; there is no on-site registration.
A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies. The event includes finisher medals and a shirt and gear shop.
