Luau 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon in Slidell, LA
The event takes place at John Slidell Park in Slidell, Louisiana. It offers three different distances: a 5K, a 10K, and a Half Marathon. All events start together.
The 5K and 10K share a common out-and-back course. The loop is 0.78 miles, with the 5K covering it twice and the 10K covering it four times. The Half Marathon course is a separate 1.09-mile out-and-back loop, which participants run six times.
There is an overall course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. Packet pickup for the race begins 30 minutes before the start and closes 10 minutes before the start. Registration is online via RunSignup, with no on-site registration available.
