The event is scheduled for February 14, 2026, at Cypress Grove Park, 290 Holden Ave, Orlando, FL 32839. The program includes two race distances, organized on an out-and-back course where the shorter loop is repeated to reach each distance. Runners must register online through RunSignup; on-site registration is not available. Participants are required to enter through the Exit Gates as directed by the organizer.
Packet pickup is provided before the race and finishes shortly before the start. The event has a course time limit of 2:00 hours. The organizer lists finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume feature, series points, and awards as part of the event offerings. A course map is provided by the organizer and shows the out-and-back layout; the 5K follows the loop twice and the 10K follows the loop four times.
