Dream Finders Homes Hippity Hop 5K takes place on Saturday, March 27, 2027, at Hamlin Town Center, 14111 Shoreside Way, Winter Garden, FL. The event includes a chip timed 5K and a series of short kids races.
All 5K participants receive a t-shirt and a finishers medal. The event offers free coffee and ice cream from Foxtail Coffee and Kelly’s Ice Cream. Orlando Health Kids Race participants receive a race medal and bib; distances vary by age and ability.

Registration fees are listed as $35 for regular 5K registration before March 13, 2027, $40 for late 5K registration on or after March 13, 2027, and $15 for the kids races. Registration is limited and the event has sold out in recent years.
Packet pickup is available the day before the race on Friday, March 26 at a Dream Finders Homes location, with race day packet pickup at the race site. Free parking is available on the top level of the Cinepolis parking lot in Hamlin Town Center.
The 5K course is flat and chip timed. All 5K finishers receive a medal. Awards include top three overall male and female, a top overall master award for male and female, and top three male and female age group awards across standard age categories.
