The event takes place on August 1, 2026, at Baseline Road Trailhead in Ocala, Florida. Multiple timed road race distances are offered on a paved trail at the trailhead location.

The meeting and packet pickup area is Pavilion 1, described as the pavilion closest to the parking lot and farthest from the playground. Bathrooms are located by the playground. A course time limit is set at 3 hours and 30 minutes. The event includes finisher medals and recognizes a best costume; series points and awards are also part of the event program. Entry fees are listed per distance and registration availability is managed on the event platform.
