Event information
The Viking event is scheduled for February 7, 2026, at Baseline Road Trailhead in Ocala, FL (4255 SE 58th Ave, 34472). The event includes multiple race distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon (13.1)
- Marathon (26.2)
All runners must register on RunSignup. There is no on-site registration. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race start.
Course and logistics
The courses are on paved surfaces and use out-and-back loops. The 5K/10K loop is 1.56 miles one way (3.11 miles roundtrip); the 5K completes the loop once and the 10K completes it twice. The half marathon and marathon loop is 1.64 miles one way (3.275 miles roundtrip); the half marathon completes that loop four times and the marathon completes it eight times. The overall course time limit is 6 hours. Bathrooms are located by the playground. The event lists finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume category, series points, and awards.
