Medal Madness 5K & 13.1M at Hickory, NC
The event takes place in Hickory, North Carolina at 1581 12th St Dr NW on 09/05/2026. Parking and restrooms are located at the Trailhead. Registration and the starting line are located north of the VFW, across the street from the corner of 16th Ave Pl NW and 12th St Dr NW.
All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Entry fees listed are $30.00 for the 5K and $65.00 for the Half Marathon. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
Course format and distances:
- 5K: out-and-back segment of 1.56 miles repeated twice.
- 13.1 Miles: out-and-back segment of 2.18 miles repeated six times.
