Event Overview
The Haunted 5K, 10K, & 13.1M at Temple is a US Road Running event scheduled at the Crossroads Recreational Complex. The race utilizes a paved out-and-back course with multiple distances available for participants. All runners are required to register through RunSignup in advance, as no on-site registration is provided on the day of the event.
Course Information
The race takes place on a paved surface. Logistics such as parking are available in the lot by the Crossroads Tennis Courts, and restroom facilities are located behind the tennis court area. There is a general course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes for all events. Available distances include:
- 5K: This race follows an out-and-back route completed one time.
- 10K: This race follows the same out-and-back route completed two times.
- Half Marathon: This race follows a specific out-and-back route completed four times.
Participant Features
All finishers across the various distances receive a finisher medal. The event also features a best costume competition, and participants can earn points for the US Road Running series.
