Gobbler 5K, 10K, 13.1, & 26.2 - James Wilson Park, Temple, TX
The Gobbler event is a multi-distance road race held in James Wilson Park in Temple, Texas on November 7, 2026. Distances offered are 5K, 10K, Half Marathon (13.1), and Marathon (26.2). Courses are described as out-and-back routes with mapped segments for the shorter and longer races. The 5K and 10K use a 3.11 mile out-and-back segment; the 5K completes that segment once and the 10K completes it twice. The half marathon and marathon use a 3.28 mile out-and-back segment; the half marathon completes it four times and the marathon completes it eight times. The event has a course time limit of six hours.
All runners must register on RunSignup; no on-site registration is offered. The race starts next to the Wilson Park Recreation Center.
