Medal Madness takes place at 1 Festival Dr, Montgomery, AL 36117, with parking available in the large parking lot in the center of the park or at Scenic Open Space. Restrooms are located near the start area.

Courses use repeated out and back segments. The 5K and 10K share an out and back segment of 1.56 miles; the 5K completes that segment twice and the 10K completes it four times. The half marathon uses an out and back segment of 2.18 miles and completes that segment six times. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
Registration is handled through RunSignup and there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup is scheduled from 30 minutes before the race until 10 minutes before the race. Registration fees listed are $30.00 for the 5K, $45.00 for the 10K, and $65.00 for the 13.1M. Registration periods close on 06/27/2026 for the listed events.
