Haunted 5K, 10K, 13.1M & 26.2M at Charlotte, NC
This event on 2026-10-24 is organized at Mallard Creek Playground across from Mallard Creek Elementary School in Charlotte, NC. Multiple race distances are offered on measured out-and-back courses that share the same start and finish area. The course layout includes a hill at the start and finish.
Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race starts. All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. A six hour course time limit applies.
Distances and fees:
- 5K (registration fee $30.00)
- 10K (registration fee $45.00)
- Half Marathon 13.1 miles (registration fee $65.00)
- Marathon 26.2 miles (registration fee $90.00)
The 5K/10K course is an out-and-back completed once for the 5K and twice for the 10K. The half marathon and marathon use a separate out-and-back that is completed multiple times: the half marathon four times and the marathon eight times.
