Haunted 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Marathon
The US Road Running event in Charlotte, North Carolina, offers four distinct road race distances on the Clark's Creek Greenway. The event takes place on an out and back course that begins at the Mallard Creek Playground, located across from Mallard Creek Elementary School. Participants should be aware of a hill located at the start and finish area of the course.
The event features the following distances:
- 5K: A single loop of the 3.11 mile out and back course.
- 10K: Two completions of the 3.11 mile out and back course.
- Half Marathon: Four completions of a 3.275 mile out and back course.
- Marathon: Eight completions of a 3.275 mile out and back course.
The event has a total course time limit of 6 hours. Registration is conducted exclusively through RunSignup, and no on-site registration is available. Packet pickup is scheduled at the race location, starting 30 minutes before the event and concluding 10 minutes prior to the start. All finishers receive a medal, and participants have the opportunity to participate in a best costume competition.
