Ninja 5K, 10K and Half Marathon at Mallard Creek Playground
The event is held at Mallard Creek Playground, across from Mallard Creek Elementary School in Charlotte, NC (9729 Mallard Creek Rd, 28267). It offers three timed road races on measured out-and-back courses.
Distances and fees:
- 5K: registration fee $30.
- 10K: registration fee $45.
- Half Marathon (13.1 Miles): registration fee $65.
Course format and laps are specified by distance. The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course of about 3.11 miles; the 5K completes that course once and the 10K completes it twice. The half marathon uses an out-and-back course of about 3.275 miles that is repeated four times. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
Packet pickup is available beginning 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race starts. All participants must register through RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Registration windows and closing information are provided by the organizer.
