Additional Details

Strollers or baby joggers are allowed but may be given a separate start time. Dogs are not permitted on the course. Packet pickup is available on Friday, August 28, 2026, at three Run For Your Life store locations in Charlotte, or on race morning starting at 6:30 AM. There is a one-hour time limit for the 5K.
