Pirate 5K, 10K, & 13.1M at Homestead, FL (17)
This event takes place in Homestead, Florida on 04/25/2026 at 27401 SW New York Ave. It includes multiple road race distances held on paved courses. Bathrooms are located in the front of the parking lot.
Distances and registration fees:
- 5K - registration fee $30
- 10K - registration fee $45
- Half Marathon (13.1 Miles) - registration fee $65
The 5K and 10K use an out and back course. The 5K completes the course once and the 10K completes it twice. The half marathon uses an out and back course completed four times. Time limits are set at 2 hours for the 5K and 10K, and 3 hours 30 minutes for the half marathon.
Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race start. All participants must register on RunSignup; there is no on site registration.
All finishers receive a themed medal. A group photo is taken at the start of each race and a best costume award is presented at the beginning of the race. The race earns points toward the US Road Running Race Series and the organizer provides information about awards and frequently asked questions.
